Event Branding & Collateral
Over the years at NTUC Club, I have created event branding and marketing collaterals across festivals, community programmes and seasonal campaigns, spanning key visuals, digital, print, signage and on-site applications.
Featured here are Songkran Music Festival 2023 and the Halloween Town: Yokai Festival series from 2019 to 2023. Songkran strengthened my experience in large-scale event branding, while Yokai allowed me to combine campaign design with my passion for hand-drawn illustration.
Songkran Music Festival 2023
Songkran Music Festival 2023 was a high-energy event campaign that required a bold, vibrant and adaptable visual identity. I developed the event graphics across digital, social, print and on-site applications, ensuring the campaign remained consistent while creating a lively atmosphere suited to the festival experience.
Halloween Town: Yokai Festival 2019–2023
Halloween Town: Yokai Festival was a recurring event series inspired by Japanese folklore and supernatural characters. I created and hand-drew the Yokai character illustrations, then developed them into event key visuals, promotional materials and environmental applications. The series allowed me to combine illustration, storytelling and event branding across multiple years.to the festival experience.
Yokai Story 2022
I created and hand-drew all the Yokai Festival characters, wrote their stories, and independently produced a series of animated Instagram videos for Downtown East to promote the event.
At the time, AI-assisted creative tools were only beginning to emerge and were not yet widely used, so the project was developed largely through manual illustration, storytelling and animation. As a one-person creative team, I managed the entire process, making it one of my most challenging and ambitious projects.
